  • MagniSort Negativa urvalspärlor B

Designad för magnetisk separation av mus CD8 T-celler genom negativt urval. Den har optimerats för isolering av mus CD8 T-celler från mjältar eller lymfkörtlar med hjälp av en biotinylerad antikroppscocktail och streptavidinbelagda magnetiska pärlor.

Oönskade celler binds av antikroppar och sedan magnetiska pärlor som, när de placeras i ett magnetfält, lämnar CD8 T-celler orörda och fria i lösning.
