StemPro™ Mänskliga fetthärledda stamceller

Humana fetthärledda stamceller (ADSCs) isoleras från human lipoaspiratvävnad och kryokonserveras från primära kulturer. Innan de kryokonserveras utökas ADSC:erna för en passage in MesenPRO RS™ Medium (Kat. nr. 12746-012) - ett revolutionerande nytt reducerat serum (2%) medium som resulterar i minskade ADSC-fördubblingstider. Varje lot av ADSCs härrör från en enda donator av human lipoaspiratvävnad. Varje injektionsflaska med ADSC innehåller celler som kan differentiera till flera mogna cellfenotyper in vitro inklusive adipocyter, osteoblaster och kondrocyter. ADSC: er har visat mycket liknande fenotypiska och funktionella egenskaper som hos benmärgshärledda mesenkymala stamceller. ADSC:erna uttrycker en flödescytometri cellyteproteinprofil enligt följande: positiv CD29, CD44, CD73, CD90, CD105, CD166; negativ CD14, CD31, CD45, Lin1. För optimal ADSC-tillväxt och expansion, MesenPRO RS™ Medium rekommenderas.
