Description

PA1-24316 detects MMP-10 in Human samples. PA1-24316 has been successfully used in Western Blot procedures. PA1-24316 immunogen corresponds to a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of human MMP10. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

MMP-10 can degrade fibronectin, gelatins of type I, III, IV, and V; weakly collagens III, IV, and V. It activates procollagenase.
