Description
The HI72911D titanium pH Electrode with DIN Connector is ideal for measuring the pH in boilers and cooling towers. It uses general purpose glass, a flat tip bulb, titanium body, and PTFE double junction with polymer electrolyte.
- General Purpose (GP) Glass: Resistance of 100 megaohms at 25°C, and suitable for use with samples at 0 to 80°C
- Recessed Flat Tip Bulb: Easy to clean and prevents solids from collecting on the sensor
- Titanium Body: Increases immunity to electrostatic and magnetic fields, and strong corrosion resistance, even in seawater
- Matching Pin: Eliminates ground loops and mode perturbations by isolating current/magnetic fields from the reference electrode
- PTFE Junction: Porous polytetrafluoroethylene is hydrophobic and often used on electrodes with polymer electrolytes
- DIN Connector: Designed for use with Hanna HI99141 Boiler and Cooling Tower pH Portable Meter
- Double Junction: Minimizes sample contamination of the electrode and junction clogs by AgCl
