This antibody reacts with the VP3 of many Enteroviruses: Rhinoviruses (types 1a, 2, 14, 16, 17, 27, 42, 70, 80), Coxsackie B viruses (types B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6), ECHO viruses (types 4, 6, 9, 11, 30, 34), Coxsackie A viruses (types A7, A9, A16, A2), EV71, and Poliovirus. It does not react with Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Adenovirus, Para 1, Para 2, Para 3, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, or Hepatitis A virus. Purity is >90%.
Enterovirus is a genus of positive-sense single-stranded RNA viruses associated with several human and mammalian diseases. Enteroviruses are named by their transmission-route through the intestine. Serologic studies have distinguished 71 human enterovirus serotypes on the basis of antibody neutralization tests. Diseases caused by enteroviruses include paralytic poliomyelitis, non-polio enteroviral infection (Enterovirus D68) and aseptic meningitis.Spezifikation
