Description
- The docking station consists of a stainless steel base with locking casters, an adjustable handle, a tethered hand-held control device, an electronic vertical lift mechanism with integrated height indicator, motor mount and motor, three sizes of drive shafts, two adjustment tools - a spanner and a torque wrench. An adjustable-angle motor head and drum positioned are available as add-on options.
- Supporting hardware optimized for mixing, storage, transport and discharge in a closed system to help minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
- Top-drain support containers are available in 50, 100, 200 and 300 L sizes; with bottom-drain drums available in 50, 100 and 200 L sizes.
- Standard BPCs available for liquid/liquid and powder/liquid mixing.
- Optional dollies are available for all drum sizes.
Applications of the Thermo Scientific HyPerforma DS 300 S.U.M. include:
- Hydration of powdered media and buffers.
- Sterile mixing of buffers, cell culture media, or other process fluids.
- Pooling of sterile liquid fractions.
