Description

Used in Cell Biology to synchronize the cell division cycle, as well as in cell studies and cancer research when trying to understand the microspindles in the cell replication process.

  • Used in cell division & replication research, cancer research, microscopy, and flow cytometry
  • Nocodazole is usually used at a concentration of 40–100 ng/mL of culture medium for a duration of 12 to 18 hours
