Description

Description

The Applied Biosystems™ TaqMan™ Human Angiogenesis Array is an efficient, easy-to-use micro fluidic card for quantitative gene expression analysis of angiogenesis genes important in drug discovery. This product is designed with 96 TaqMan™ Gene Expression Assays arrayed in 384 wells and is compatible with an upgraded Applied Biosystems 7900HT Fast Real-Time PCR System and is sold in packs of 4.

This TaqMan™ Gene Signature Array contains 94 assays and two controls to study angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis in humans. It includes known angiogenesis growth factors like VEGF, and known matrix derived inhibitors such as endostatin. Additionally, the panel contains markers and targets for angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. The array is pre-formatted and inventoried, cost-effective, convenient and easy to use without needing expensive robotics. Results are reproducible and consistent across samples, studies, and labs —the same data quality from card-to-card and lot-to-lot — even with different operators.
